Invoice and Accounts Management
Overview
The ITMS Invoicing & Exporting module uses internally generated dispatch dockets to directly create and print sales invoices. Flexible consolidation options make it easy to have one (1) invoice per dispatch, one (1) invoice for multiple dispatches or (1) invoice per multiple orders.
To function correctly ITMS requires costing information such as account codes and account balances but does not store any sensitive financial information. However ITMS interfaces directly with several well known accounting packages, including MYOB and Quickbooks, ensuring that all financial records are correctly maintained.
These interfaces provide significant time savings and effectively eliminate the risk of re-keying errors. The MYOB ODBC interface has two way communication which permits both export and import of clients, suppliers, account codes and account balances.
- Create invoices direct from dispatch dockets with no additional data entry . The ability to select from 1 Invoice per dispatch, 1 invoice per multiple dispatches or 1 invoice per multiple orders gives the flexibility to match both you business and your clients requirements.
- Exporting of Sales and Purchasing invoice data directly to your accounting package ensures data entry mistakes are eliminated. MYOB and Quickbooks supported.
- MYOB "ODBC" interface allows two way communication between ITMS and MYOB. Export and Import Clients, Suppliers, Account codes and Account balances.
- iTMS does not contain financial records so that the majority of admin staff will no longer require access to accounting programs with sensitive financial information. ITMS allows creation of simultaneous sales and purchase orders by users on the network reducing file "lockout" issues. You may also save on buying additional accounting system licenses.
