The Core Business Module is the central repository for key operational and customer data for the ITMS application. Information and detail for Clients, Suppliers and Workcenters is entered here once the operational profile of an organisation has been determined.Correctly configuring and entering this information is essential because it determines the functional characteristics of the application for each ITMS installation.

Client Details

  • Record centrally all client contact details, discounts structures, categories, and special notes and file attachments.
  • Access all Current & Historical job information and sales data.
  • Create reports using existing formats or Query and export to Word, Excel

The "File Attach" function enables linking to unlimited files and formats  plus assignable "Notes" can be created to manage follow ups, mail outs and more. Supplier Details

  • Record centrally all supplier contact details, purchase alerts and file attachments.
  • Access directly all outstanding and historical purchases down to individual material level.
  • Update price changes by percentage or import supplier data directly from this window
  • Manage Quality issues using the NCR (Non Conformance Report ) function.

Workcenter Details

  • Create unlimited activity centers with individual Charge out & Cost Rates.
  • Apply daily capacity figures and set Efficiencies, Maximum allocation per day.
  • Use the "Notes" function to set and assign reminders for maintenance requirements.
  • Manage OH&S using authorities to operate and alerts automatically applied to job tickets
