The Quality Management module has been specifically developed to assist companies manage the extensive documentation requirements associated with meeting ISO 9000 accreditation. Design and development of this module was carried in conjunction with ITMS users.

The QM module enables the management, tracking and reporting of the large volumes of information associated with the ISO Quality Management process. It is fully integrated with the ITMS product thereby eliminating the need for an alternative database solution such as Excel or Access.

The QM Module includes:

• Non Conformance Report (NCR) & Engineering Change Request (ECR)
• Document Management.
• Calibration/Item Inspection History and Schedule.

NCR/ECR Management - Create, track and finalise NCR's using definable categories and sources. Follow the Audit trail using reporting positions within the company. Links directly with your exiting Parts, Materials, Clients and Suppliers lists.

NCR/ECR Tracking - Report on the Status of all NCR/ECR and distribute via email throughout company.

Document Management - Create automatic document ID numbers that can then be tracked through the release cycle with access levels that can be assigned to positions. Attach all document types to the record for easy access by all authorised users.

Calibration/Item Inspection - Create a record for all your measuring tools, gauges and testing equipment. Set Frequency of checking and store details of checking history.
