Director - Software Development

Anton has more than 30 years IT experience in a number of manufacturing industries. For the past 17 years he has been directly involved in the development of the ITMS flagship product ITMS Manufacturing Software. Anton has always worked closely with industry to develop the ITMS application. This close liaison with industry has enabled him to create a unique software product tailored for the SME manufacturing, engineering and laser cutting industries. Anton continues to maintain close links with ITMS clients in order to gain valuable real life requirements that can be incorporated in the future development of the software.

Director - Sales and Support

This year marks Tim’s 30th year of experience in the Manufacturing Industry.

His experience first began as a Fitting and Machining Apprentice at what was Repco Limited, Melbourne Australia. After gaining his trade qualifications he quickly focused his career on Industrial Engineering and rose to the position of Senior Industrial Engineer at Brake and Clutch Industries. This company was the main supplier of brake and clutch components to the local Australian car industry and subsequently became a high volume supplier direct to GM and Ford in the US.

During his 10 years in this role Tim was directly involved in Productivity Improvement programs, Plant Layout and Department Budgeting. Tim then moved to the position of Prototype Manager within the company. In this role he had a staff of 20 people in the Machining and Assembly workshop and managed an annual operational budget of 4 million dollars.

Subsequent to his Brake and Clutch Industries experience Tim took up a consultant role to the SME manufacturing sector. During this time he became aware of the ITMS product and could see the potential the application had to improve the productivity of small manufacturers. Over the next 3 years he acted as the ITMS representative for Victoria selling, installing and supporting the ITMS system, mainly in the Melbourne area. In 2007 he moved to Brisbane to take up a directorship with ITMS Software Services Pty Ltd, the service arm of ITMS Software Pty Ltd.

Business Development

With in excess of 30 years involvement with IT systems and management Ian provides ITMS with some solid business experience. This experience has been mainly in the marine and coal industries in Australia. Ian has held superintendent positions with BHP Fleet Operations and South Blackwater Coal Ltd as well as acting in a consultant role for the past 10 years. Prior to this he spent some years in the UK studying and undertaking research.

His experience covers designing and implementing planned maintenance and inventory systems, document management systems and ship performance systems.  As well as this he has managed large scale ERP applications and implementation projects.

Ian has a Masters Degree in Applied Science from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, England.

Software Development

Tony has over 30 years experience in Software Development. His experience covers a broad range of industry environments including project work at Government level in Human Resources, Inventory Management and Web Development  

Tony ‘s project work  with ITMS involves creating and developing interfaces between the ITMS application and Websites, Accounting packages and third party software and hardware products such as PDA's for remote clocking.

Administration Manager

Sheridan joined the iTMS team in February 2010 and comes from a background of Nursing and Administration in Aged Care. She also has qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety and Training and Assessing. Since commencing her role she has successfully completed a Diploma of Management.

Marketing and Communications

Thomas joined the iTMS team in late 2007 and works part-time in the marketing and communication role. Because of his other commitments – Commonwealth Games Gold Medal Gymnast  – he will continue in a part-time role for the next few years. He recently completed a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing and Management.
