iTMS Manufacturing Software is an Inventory Tracking and Manufacturing System with materials requirements planning (MRP) capabilities designed to streamline your quoting, production and inventory control. It significantly improves quoting, job costing and production management in the live job shop environment. iTMS integrates seamlessly with both MYOB and QuickBooks accounting software to create a powerful enterprise resource planning (ERP) application at an extremely attractive price.
The iTMS Software package consists of eight (8) core modules which fully cover all essential manufacturing functions. There are also specialised add-on modules to cater for specific industry and functional requirements. Add-on modules integrate directly with iTMS and can be purchased individually.

- Personnel - individual or group employee cost and charge out rates, including clock on/off function. Restrictions can be set in employees within the iTMS system.
- Quotes & Estimates - use the "Quote Fast" window for super-fast BOM creation and price break estimating and one click conversion to quote to reduce data entry.
- Build & Inventory - create Bills of Materials (BOM) from stock or non-stock inventory. Inventory can be sourced from a variety of locations, warehouses or suppliers.
- Order & Job management - allows for sales and production orders to easily be created. Jobs and materials can be recorded and viewed in real time
- Purchasing - convert request for quote (RFQ) into purchase orders in one click. This module also allows you track outsourced operations.
- Scheduling & Workload - the "Auto Scheduling" function creates the best starting dates and schedules work centres, machinery and employees. Also, get a snapshot of your business live at any point in time.
- Invoice & Account - create invoices from dispatch dockets with no data entry. Then export sales, production and purchasing invoice data directly into MYOB and QuickBooks.
- Add-on Modules - industry specific Laser & Plasma, Quality Management and Point of Sales modules integrate directly with iTMS and can be purchased separately.
